Requirements

Teaching applicants are generally expected to hold a bachelor's degree, possess native or near-native English proficiency, and have experience working with children. Teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA are welcomed and may provide additional benefits but are not required for all positions. Japanese language ability is appreciated but is not a requirement for most teaching roles.
